My interest in wines grew while working on the retail side, when I was a paramedic, and that is where my curiosity for the wholesale side of things grew. Selling wine is a lot like being a paramedic; you assess the shelves or the restaurant wine list, find the holes, and treat those holes with your wines.
I have a passion for wine and being the bridge that brings people from all different socioeconomic backgrounds to the families and the farmers of wines from all over the world, sharing their story. Asking me my favorite wine is like asking me my favorite child; I like them all for different reasons and some in different seasons. I have been in the industry for 10 years now, joining Domace Vino in 2015. I really love representing such a great portfolio, here at Domace Vino, of small production, hand crafted, beautiful gems from all over the world.
I look forward to continuing my extensive wine travels and wine studies, learning more about the families and farmers that we represent, bringing those experiences to our buyers and consumers here in the market. My wine travels have brought me to Oregon, Washington, Napa, Sonoma, Russian River Valley, Santa Barbara, New York and Spain. This world of wine has brought me to places I had only imagined previously and I look forward to where it will take me in the future. When not working the market, you can find me continuing my studies in wine, gardening, traveling, and, most of all, spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren. Yes, I am a Grandma and I love every minute of it.
