Exposed to the restaurant industry in Minnesota at an early age sparked my interest & passion to the world of culinary arts & hospitality. College in Montana, California, a few change of majors & always having a restaurant job got me thinking…I moved back to Minnesota, enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at the Arts Institute International in Mpls. which landed me an internship at a local winery.

I feel in love with the hard work & whole process of wine making. Upon finishing the program, following our love for Italian wine & fare my mother & I took an amazing trip to Italy that brought us to the Slow Food show in Turin & the most memorable muti-course meal in Asti. I finished my undergrad at Metropolitan State University in business / hospitality & joined the team at Domace Vino shortly thereafter.

Travel with Domace Vino has taken me to VinItaly in Verona, winery visits in Peidmont, Veneto, Washington, & Oregon. The best part about the wine business is that you are always learning something, the education is endless.
